Eco Defense Program
Our Eco Defense Program works preventatively year-round to protect your home from ants, rodents, cockroaches, and many other pests–so your home sweet home can be pest-free. Old and new homes alike can have conditions conducive to pest activity such as moisture, dense vegetation around the perimeter, debris in crawl spaces, openings in exterior walls, etc…
Our integrated pest management approach means that we tackle the root cause of pest problems, and only apply chemicals when necessary, always opting for the least toxic solutions to get the job done.
How it works:
We provide 4 scheduled visits to your home when pest activity is most prevalent. A typical schedule is March, May, July, September and November.
Our first visit will include a thorough inspection of your property to find all hot spots for pest activity. We will seal any entry points that may be giving access to mice, rats, and many other pests.
At all visits, we will inspect the exterior of your home and provide a perimeter treatment to suppress ants, crickets, etc, and remove spider webs from lower windows and door frames. We will always provide a service report.
Our focus is the outside of your home—because this is where most pest activity originates. Technicians will always alert you before appointments and will follow COVID-19 safety guidelines. If interior or “in-between” additional service visits are desired, you can schedule these when it’s convenient for you—at no additional charge.
Pests Covered by Eco Defense Program:
Ants, such as citronella ants, carpenter ants, pavement ants, cockroaches, rats, mice, spiders, crickets, hornets, wasps, yellow jackets, carpenter bees, honey bees (responsible bee hive relocation will be attempted to save the colony), silverfish, clover mites, centipedes, millipedes, sow bugs, pill bugs, ground beetles, clothes moths, grain insects, fleas, and earwigs.
Price Range for Eco Defense Program:
- Initial service charge: $250
- Annual service charge begins at $600, depending on property size
